I feel like an awful friend/person.
Usually when I’m feeling down I can still be there wholeheartedly for my friends. This time, for some reason, I can’t. I feel like I can’t care about people as much as I used to. It’s kills me… absolutely kills me. I don’t want to be this self-absorbed. I want to be there for people… but I just can’t get out of this spiral.
