I just realized something about myself.
I feel like I always have to be perfect for everyone… and when I disappoint them I almost can’t stand it.
This is not healthy. I need to change this somehow. I just end up upset all the time… like right now.

Think about something that has consumed your life… then was taken from you. Maybe it didn’t CONSUME your life per say… but it definitely was a huge part of your life. Now it is gone and your life is completely different… not because it’s gone, but because things change. You have new friends, a new lifestyle, new interests, and a new view of yourself. Then you go back to that one thing…...
